Why it matters

Most travellers never ask whether a place will work for them. Some do — every time they book.

For guests who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, blind or low-vision, a reservation carries a quieter set of questions. Will the doorbell reach me? Will the lighting be kind? Can I find my way to the door on my own?

Most short-term rentals were never set up to answer them — not unkindly, just unthinkingly. SensoStay exists to change that, one stay at a time.
